The Sabbath services on March 2, 2019, 2019 began with a song service led by Lesha Westcott and Naomi (elementary), accompanied by Jeremy Westcott on the piano. The opening song was “Crown Him With Many Crowns”.
Leisha Westcott read the scripture reading from Proverbs 2. She then had prayer.
Noami told about an elementary student in Zambia. A child was injured in an accident, and he prayed about it. The child was healed in just three weeks. Leisha Westcott then called for the Laurelbrook Missions Offering, which was collected by Isaac and Joshua (elementary) and which goes to support Laurelbrook mission trips.
Isaac had the theme talk on the various parts of the human body and the lessons that could be learned from each. Joshua helped with the presentation. Leisha Westcott had the closing prayer, and announced the classes. Jim Brenneman led the lesson study in the main sanctuary and Rich Sutton “behind the glass” in the rear of the church sanctuary and Ruan Swanepoel in the boys’ dorm lobby.
